With more than twenty years experience to be responsible for the civil works of many big projects in Vietnam and other countries, iCEB Solutions offers to work as the local experts/ team of the above clients to implement the Civil & Structural Steel Engineering & Execution.

On behalf of the oversea owners and equipment supply companies, iCEB Solutions will work with Vietnamese customers, government authorities, consultants, engineering offices, contractors, etc. for the following activities of the Civil & Structural Steel Engineering & Execution in different phases of the projects:

BIDDING PHASE

• Working with clients to clarify technical requirements, scope of works, time schedule, local conditions, soil investigation, etc.
• Preparation of technical documentation (technical specifications, building descriptions, design guidelines, soil investigation requirements, etc.).
• Working with engineering offices to prepare the civil quantities for bidding documents (EPC contract). Optimization of the bidding quantities.
• Contract negotiation.

ENGINEERING PHASE

• Select engineering offices in Vietnam for the projects.
• Manage the Vietnamese engineering offices, coordinate the information with the Vietnamese clients, oversea owners and equipment supply companies to ensure the QUALITY & TIME SCHEDULE and the COST of the project’ engineering.
• Authority design supervisor in the construction site according to Vietnamese rules and regulations.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE

• Supervision in the local structural steel fabrications workshops for the project in Vietnam & other countries.
• Supervision in the rebar prefabrication off-site plants for the project in Vietnam & other countries.
• Coordination of the works in the construction site between Vietnamese client, oversea owners and equipment supply companies in other countries, oversea experts in the construction site, Vietnamese consultants, contractors, engineering offices, etc.
• Working/ supporting international experts for equipment’s installation & commissioning.
• Handing over the project.

The project management works can be carried out by the traditional way or by innovative 3D/ BIM method, in order to achieve the best results for the project regarding QUALITY, TIME SCHEDULE, COST, as well as the smooth COMMUNICATION between project team in Vietnam and other countries.
